What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If you are in or around the Burlington Ontario area, we offer free delivery on all orders over $100.

If we need to ship it we offer some of the lowest prices possible for shipping with Fedex Ground.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At North Alliance we have a wide variety of payment methods. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, Direct bank payment, Etransfer, and Cash on delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on stock and availability.

Most orders will ship or be delivered same day as ordering as long as it is ordered before 12pm.

Most shipped items with Fedex Ground will be recieved in 1-3 days if located in Canada. 

You will be given a tracking number as soon as the order is processed and ready to ship.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We are currently not selling any products on the website, we are using it strictly for live quoting and information for North Alliance. If you choose to make an order we will ether directly link you to a wave payment or paypal payment which are some of the most secure payment methods on the internet.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering we will pickup or ship the part you ordered to North Alliance. The reason we can give the best prices on the market are because we don’t stock millions of dollars of inventory that just sits here, But we can still get majority of parts the same day and at the same price as our competitors. The item will be inspected to ensure it is correct and not damaged. After repacking the item, it will be shipped or delivered to the address you provide us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely, you will recieve an invoice before payment for you to confirm all of the information is correct (parts ordered, vehicle information, shipping address, etc.). Then immediately after payment you will receive the invoice marked as paid.
